Job Description:

As an International Voice Process Associate for a International Banking Customer Support domain, you will be responsible for handling customer s from international clients, providing effective and productive solutions for a range of inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, robust problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain a skilled and courteous tone at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidates Should have language proficiency and strong communication skills to handle

customer support in a fast-paced environment.




Handle inbound queries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Identify and resolve customer complaints by providing timely solutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly.
Meet individual and team performance metrics, including handling time, customer

satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.
Work Location: Manyata Tech Park
Shifts: UK Shift (5 days work2 days off)
