Experience: 0 - 3 Years

Support web platform administration using Apache, Tomcat, and Linux. Assist with web server and Linux administration, Linux packaging, service decommissioning, production troubleshooting, and routine operational activities. Work with ITSM processes and observability tools to monitor services and resolve incidents under guidance. Positive communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to learn are essential.
