Role Overview:
Looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead training initiatives for home cleaning specialists and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical and behavioural training.
Develop training content and SOPs.
Improve service quality through training.
Manage and guide trainers.
Identify training gaps and monitor training effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
5+ years of experience in Training & Development.
Experience in 5-star hotels, Facility Management or startups.
Knowledge of housekeeping/cleaning operations.
Experience in training frontline and blue-collar workforce.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Background: Hospitality, Housekeeping, Facility Management and Cleaning Services.
