Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Tele Caller with proven experience in outbound calling and lead conversion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone to generate sales and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales
Follow up on inbound and outbound leads systematically using Zoho CRM
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, interactions, and pipeline stages in Zoho CRM
Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services persuasively
Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Handle customer objections professionally and convert inquiries into sales
Coordinate with the sales team and update lead status, notes, and next actions in Zoho CRM
Prepare and submit daily call reports and performance trackers




Continuously improve conversion rates through effective scripting and communication techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or outbound sales roles
Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (lead management, pipeline tracking, follow-ups, reporting)
Strong speaking skills – explicit, confident, and persuasive verbal communication in English (and local language if required)
Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain high energy levels
Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with CRM tools
Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a rapid-paced workplace

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
