-Assistant Unit Manager

Job Summary –

Overall 3years of team handling experience. Knowledge and/or experience in Investment Banking Domain such as Assets & Fund services, Fund Accounting, Derivatives pricing, Cash Reconciliation, Trade operations, Trade settlements, Trade reconciliation etc.

Flexibility in shifts
7 years overall exp and minimum 3 year of team managers exp (managing team managers)

Valuable communication and decision-making skills
MS Office and Reporting skills
Time management skills
Cooperative and team player
Ability to motivate the team
Critical thinking skills as well as emotional intelligence
Ability to deal with disciplinary/conflicting situations
Ability to perform under pressure
Effective task management and organized
Industry certifications will be an added advantage (NISM, NCFM)
Certification in Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green belt is an added advantage but not mandatory.
