Job Summary

Medorah Meditek is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth and market penetration for its Gastroenterology product portfolio across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities :
Drive sales and revenue growth for Medorah Meditek's Gastroenterology products in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with hospitals, doctors, healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Manage and develop relationships with channel partners and distributors.
Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and customer meetings as required.
Generate leads and convert business prospects into sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.




Ensure regular territory coverage and effective follow-up with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners for smooth execution of business activities.
Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Candidate Profile:
1–4 years of relevant experience in Medical Devices, MedTech, Healthcare or Surgical Products sales.
Experience in hospital sales, institutional sales or medical device sales will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in Gastroenterology or related medical/surgical products will be preferred.
Solid communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of territory sales and business development.
Target-oriented with strong customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
