Manage and lead the branchs Direct Sales team.
Achieve monthly/quarterly insurance sales and revenue targets.
Drive customer acquisition through direct sales, leads, references, and local market activities.
Monitor team performance, sales funnel, conversions, and productivity.
Train, coach, and motivate sales executives to improve performance.
Develop relationships with customers and identify cross-selling prospects.
Ensure proper documentation, KYC, compliance, and policy issuance processes.
Track branch MIS, daily sales activity, and target achievement.
Handle escalations and ensure valuable customer service.
