Role & responsibilities:
3+ years of experience in US Full cycle recruitment of Non-IT / Engineering professionals in manufacturing domain.
Must have experience in Perm Hiring model.
Working experience of US based job portals and excellent expertise into US time zones and states.
Excellent IT/Non-IT skills, including Word, Excel & Outlook
English language skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent searching techniques like Boolean, X-ray searches etc.
Demonstrating and commitment to qualified standards
Time management, planning and organisation
Record keeping
Graduate- in any discipline
Ability to work independently and efficiently complete tasks
The ability and willingness to learn and absorb knowledge quickly
