Job Title : Senior Account Executive

Experience Required : 4-8Years

Qualification : B. Com

Roles and Responsibilities:
Accurate filing of TDS Returns, GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B within due dates
Timely supplier payments through cheque, RTGS, NEFT, and UPI
Daily accounting of UPI and digital collections. Outstanding Debtors follow-up & Debtor Ageing
Complete Bank Reconciliations every month
Accurate Accounting of E-Commerce Customer Settlements (Billing & Collection)
Timely generation of GST invoices, IRN, and E-Way Bills.
Monthly vendor reconciliations and ageing review.
Timely month-end closing with proper expense booking.
Compliance with Company SOPs and Statutory Requirements
Support during statutory, GST, and internal audits.
Assist in Monthly P&L; Account
Assist to Seniors in day to day work

Skill Requirements:

Candidate must have robust working knowledge of GST Returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) & TDS Returns Filing, Bank Reconciliation, Expenses Booking & Payment through NEFT & Cheque, E-Commerce Business Accounting, Supplier Reconciliation, TDS Challans Payment
