Job Summary

We are looking for a Retail Leasing skilled to manage leasing activities for commercial properties, malls, and retail spaces. The role involves tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and maximizing occupancy and rental revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire retail brands, F&B; outlets, anchor tenants, and other retailers for commercial projects.
Manage end-to-end leasing activities, including prospecting, negotiations, and lease closures.
Develop and maintain relationships with retail brands, brokers, and leasing consultants.
Negotiate commercial terms, rental values, security deposits, and lease agreements.
Coordinate with the legal, finance,



and operations teams for lease documentation and execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor rentals, and tenant mix to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Maintain leasing pipelines, prepare MIS reports, and track occupancy and leasing targets.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in retail leasing with a real estate developer, mall, or commercial property company.
Strong negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.
Valuable understanding of commercial leasing terms, rental structures, and lease documentation.
