Role & responsibilities: To ensure the secure, accurate, and timely movement of containers, cargo, trailers, and vehicles through the CFS gate by verifying documents, updating/ verifying systems, complying with Customs and security regulations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve productive gate operations.

Key Accountability
Gate documentation verification.
Entry and exit management of containers and vehicles.
Gate system transactions and data accuracy.
Compliance with Customs, security, and statutory requirements.
Coordination with Yard, Warehouse, Security, Transporters, CHAs, and Customs.
Gate turnaround time (TAT) monitoring.
Exception handling and issue escalation.
Maintenance of gate records and MIS.
Compliance with HSE and traffic management procedures.
Implementation of Smart Gate and Parking software.
Work on the operation cost / man power reduction and improved TAT.
