Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure timely resolution of workplace technology incidents.
Drive service improvements, implement infrastructure changes, and recommend best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Participate in technology migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and high-level solution design and architecture reviews.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Environments (SOE), facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage application packaging and patching.
Evaluate and recommend current workplace technology products and infrastructure solutions, with robust knowledge of relevant technologies, tools, and IT service management processes.
