Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage commercial interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
Handle project execution, budgeting, estimation, billing, and cost control.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
Monitor project timelines, quality standards, safety, and progress.
Manage manpower, materials, procurement, and subcontractors.
Review drawings, BOQs, work orders, and project reports.
Ensure timely project completion within approved budgets.
Resolve site issues and provide regular project updates to management.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
1015 years of experience in commercial interior fit-outs and civil projects.
Robust leadership, project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams independently.
