Key Responsibilities
Generate sales of Hybrid Inverters and Solar Energy Solutions across the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, EPC partners, and channel partners.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct product presentations and explain the features, benefits, and technical aspects of hybrid inverters.
Generate leads through market visits, references, dealers, EPCs, and other sales channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with customers, technical teams, and internal departments for quotations, order processing, and after-sales support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, and customer visit reports.
Travel within the assigned territory as required for business development and customer meetings.





Requirements
15 years of experience in Solar, Inverter, Electrical, or Renewable Energy Sales.
Experience in Hybrid Inverter / Solar Inverter Sales will be preferred.
Good knowledge of solar products and basic electrical concepts.
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
Candidates with strong dealer/EPC/channel networks will have an added advantage.
