Compliance Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for a Compliance Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to handle legal, regulatory and corporate compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle IEPF and share recovery cases.
Verify and organize client documents and KYC records.
Assist with MCA/ROC-related compliance work.
Coordinate with companies, RTAs and clients for pending documents and case updates.
Maintain case records, Excel sheets and status trackers.
Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely processing of documentation.
Requirements:
• Graduate
• 3to5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of SEBI/RBI guidelines & IEPF compliance
• Legal drafting and MS Word skills
• Knowledge of securities, share transfer & investment processes
• Positive communication and decision-making skills
Location: Model Town, Delhi
