Responsibilities
Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and timelines.
Monitoring and tracking project progress against schedules, identifying any delays or deviations.
Identifying potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines and develop mitigation strategies.
Reviewing the Quality Management System on a daily basis and keeping track of quality at site.
Preparing the sequence of work items. Working out manpower, materials, cash flow and discussing procurement with project managers.
