Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable qualified to manage end-to-end vendor payment processes, invoice processing, accounting entries, reconciliations, statutory compliance support, and period-end activities. The ideal candidate should have sound accounting knowledge, robust attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Process and record vendor invoices, purchase bills, credit notes, and debit notes.
Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, approvals, and supporting documents.
Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain accurate vendor master data.
Work on Tally and Zoho Books for accounting activities.
Perform vendor account, purchase ledger, bank, and expense reconciliations.
Monitor vendor ageing and outstanding payable balances.
Assist with GST invoice verification, GSTR-2B reconciliation, Input Tax Credit (ITC) matching, and TDS documentation.
Prepare AP ageing reports,



vendor outstanding reports, and MIS reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing, finalisation of accounts, and statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice, payment, and reconciliation discrepancies.

Required Skills
Knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.
Experience in vendor invoice processing and payment management.
Hands-on knowledge of Tally and/or Zoho Books.
Knowledge of vendor reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
Understanding of GST, GSTR-2B, Input Tax Credit, and TDS.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting records management.
Solid attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
