Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts, ensuring technical, financial, and legal compliance in a high-risk, high-capital setting
Managing complex subcontracts (e.g., TBM supply, segment manufacturing) and mitigating significant risks.
Lead the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiating, executing, and closing, ensuring compliance with legal standards and project procedures.
Oversee project budgets, invoicing, and payments; manage variations, change orders, and claims arising from unexpected geological conditions or TBM performance issues
Manage relationships with key third parties, including TBM manufacturers, segment suppliers, and specialized subcontractors.
Identify, analyse, and mitigate contractual risks,



particularly regarding technical performance, geotechnical risks, and safety standards
Serve as the primary contact for contractual matters between the client, site management, and technical teams, facilitating dispute resolution.
Ensure project work adheres to specifications, timelines, and KPI requirements.
