Qualification: - Required: Bachelors in civil engineering Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 years of proven experience in Business Development for infrastructure projects, with mandatory exposure to tendering, procurement, RFPs, and EOIs under PMC consultancy.

Roles and Responsibilities

Business Development
Support the preparation and drafting of RFPs, and EOIs for various infrastructure and donor funded projects.
Develop work methodologies, technical approaches, and specifications for upcoming bids.

Technical Support




Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance to project stakeholders, consultants, and team members.

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle from planning to implementation and completion.
Ensure adherence to project schedules, construction specifications, and safety standards.
Review and check contractors documents, including ESMP, QA/QC procedures, work programs, and interim payment certificates.

• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimation, and technical reviews for infrastructure and construction works.
Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
