We are hiring for Conduent HR Solution Service Associate II (Senior Associate).
Please note: Although this is an HR-related process, we are NOT looking for HR domain experience. Candidates with basic backend operations experience in any domain and excellent communication skills are preferred. Candidates from voice processes looking to transition into non-voice/backend operations are also welcome!

Experience: 2+ years
Qualification: Any graduate (Non-technical)
Location: Noida – 5 Days WFO
Shift: 5:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday fixed
Cab Facility: Available within transport boundary
Interview: Virtual (Weekdays only)
Key Requirements:
Backend/BPO experience in any domain.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Basic MS Office knowledge.
Comfortable with night shifts and work from office.
