Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential business leads through online research, LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other platforms.
Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and recent business opportunities.
Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce company services.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Schedule meetings and arrange appointments for the Business Development team.
Maintain and update lead databases, sales reports, and follow-up records.
Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead management and conversion.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client communication.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Basic understanding of Sales, Marketing,



and Business Development.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and LinkedIn.
Ability to conduct market research and identify potential customers.
Confidence in making cold calls and interacting with clients.

Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
