Mahindra Finance is hiring Business Executives (On Roll) for its Retail Finance business. The role involves dealer relationship management, business sourcing, customer servicing, documentation, collections, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities
Handle retail finance proposals sourced through dealers.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with dealers and channel partners.
Attend customer queries and resolve grievances promptly.
Ensure complete loan documentation and compliance before and after disbursement.
Monitor collections, overdue accounts, and NPA control.
Achieve collection targets and maintain portfolio quality.
Participate in sales promotion and business development activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in NBFC, Banking, Auto Finance, Retail Finance, Sales, Collections, or Dealer Management preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
