Job Responsibilities:
Check the quality of raw materials and finished paint products.
Perform quality testing as per company standards.
Monitor paint production and maintain quality parameters.
Identify defects and report quality issues.
Maintain quality testing records and reports.
Ensure proper color matching, viscosity, and paint consistency.
Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality issues.
Follow safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. Chemistry.
Experience: 1–3 years in the paint industry.
Knowledge of paint testing and quality control.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality reports.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
