Role & responsibilities
Prepare Plumbing and Fire Fighting Working Drawings and GFC Drawings.
Prepare Water Supply, Drainage, Soil, Waste & Vent (SWV) layouts.
Prepare Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler System layouts.
Prepare Plumbing and Fire Fighting Isometric Drawings.
Prepare BOQ, MTO and Quantity Estimation.
Develop detailed pipe routing, shaft and equipment layouts.
Prepare Pump Room, UG Tank and OH Tank drawings.
Coordinate with Architectural, Structural and other MEP services.
Revise drawings as per site requirements and consultant comments.
Prepare As-Built Drawings and maintain drawing records.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / ITI / Relevant qualification in Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred.
25 years of experience in Plumbing and Fire Fighting Drafting.
Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.




Practical knowledge of Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
Ability to prepare Working Drawings, GFC Drawings and BOQs.
Knowledge of NBC and relevant IS Codes.
Ability to understand Architectural and Structural drawings.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
