Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the sourcing team to achieve monthly targets.
Generate leads through channel partners, tele-calling, digital and other sources.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with channel partners.
Monitor leads, site visits, conversions and bookings.
Drive team performance and ensure achievement of sourcing targets.
Prepare and review daily/weekly performance MIS.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Channel Partner Management and Lead Generation
Graduate in any discipline.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of Mumbai Real Estate market will be an added advantage.
