Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit Electrical Engineers, Electrical Design Engineers, and Electrical Designers.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
Use Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals to identify qualified candidates.
Understand electrical engineering and design skills to screen relevant profiles.




Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
