We are hiring Sales Executives for the CIBIL IB process. The role involves connecting with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant financial products/services, generating leads, and converting potential customers into successful sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain customer details and update lead status regularly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain professional communication and ensure a good customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
Graduate Freshers
Age: 18–32 years
Excellent communication skills required.
Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
BPO, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales experience will be an advantage.
Salary & Perks
CTC: 23,000 per month
Take Home: 18,500 per month
