Role & responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage general ledger accounting and month-end/year-end closing processes.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and
company policies.
Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required information.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
Support cash flow management and treasury activities.
Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.




Develop and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., SAP ERP, Tally ERP, FRAPPE ERP)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience with financial audits and tax compliance.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
