Roles and Responsibilities
Manage e-commerce sales, including processing orders, tracking inventory, and handling customer queries.
Prepare and send invoices to customers via email or portal.
Ensure accurate bank reconciliations by verifying transactions against invoices and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain GST records and file returns as required.
Coordinate with logistics team for timely delivery of products.
