Provide direct nursing care to patients admitted to the ward.
Monitor and record vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature, respiration and SpO₂.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
Assess patients' conditions and report any changes to the treating doctor.
Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient charts and medical records.
Assist doctors during rounds, procedures and patient examinations.
Perform wound dressing and other nursing procedures.
Monitor IV fluids, injections, catheters and other medical devices.
Ensure proper infection control and follow hospital protocols.
Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment and medication.
Coordinate with doctors, laboratory staff and other healthcare specialists.
Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.
Maintain cleanliness, safety and hygiene in the ward.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
Ensure proper admission, transfer and discharge procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
