Robust hands-on experience in SAP ERP Human Resource (HR) - Payroll aligned to the stated experience range.
Ability to analyze requirements, prepare solution or technical designs, and deliver quality outcomes.
Experience with testing, defect resolution, deployment, documentation, and production support.
Robust communication, stakeholder collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Valuable-to-Have
Relevant certification in SAP ERP Human Resource (HR) - Payroll or the associated platform.
Exposure to Agile delivery, DevOps automation, cloud deployment, and global stakeholder engagement.
