Eligibility Criteria
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience required.
Graduates: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates must be comfortable handling both chat and voice interactions.
Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.

Salary Structure

For Freshers (Graduates):
In-hand Salary: 24,000 26,000 per month
CTC: 2.9 3.1 LPA

For Experienced Candidates:
In-hand Salary: 29,000 per month
CTC: 3.4 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer queries through chat and voice channels.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
