Responsibilities
Resolves incidents/problems with appropriate use of escalation and notification procedures
Can work to deadlines and has the capability to perform escalation in failure and delay
Has experience of incident problem management disciplines

Requirements
Strong knowledge in Sparrow Switch application and robust writing experience in Unix/Linux shell scripts
Robust knowledge in ATM and POS terminals
Experience in Interchange simulators VISA MC and UPI
Expert knowledge in ISO 8583 and Switching internal message formats
Expert knowledge in Schemes installation activities
Strong knowledge in SDLC and able to resolve problems quickly in production workplace
Familiar with technical documentation standards guidelines and best practices




Knowledge of POS tool Terminal management system and able to decode the terminal message formats
Knowledge in Hardware Security Module
A98 server application concepts
Card World producer application in Windows 2008 and 2012 server
BWAC application software for ATM connectivity for Sparrow application (Added advantage)
CR2 product Studio ATM branding tool (Added advantage)
Communication skills to communicate with vendor CR2 and teams from Visa MasterCard and other banks
