Role & responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients in target markets, analyzing their business models

and equipment requirements.
Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO) accurately and efficiently.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients while strengthening

connections with existing customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare competitive, contract-winning proposals for new

and existing clients.
Developing and maintaining robust customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction

and loyalty.
Provide post-sales support to customers, including technical troubleshooting and customer

training, ensuring their satisfaction with the product or service.
Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Responsible to achieve the Team Sales Target of Region
Identify and develop new business opportunities through comprehensive market research,

qualified networking, and targeted outreach strategies.
Prepare and send quotations to clients, handle in-house calling, and support telemarketing

activities to promote products and services.




Coordinate with service engineers for installations / demonstrations.
Close orders and collect full customer payment promptly thereafter
Perform product demonstrations, oversee installations, and provide basic technical support.
Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with

company goals.
Prospect for business, schedule appointments, & visit customers to review their product

needs and determining prospects.
Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely collection and resolve any billingrelated issues.
Resolve customer problems & report issues to Manager.
Guide and support the marketing team with insights related to customer industries and

market trends.
Ensure outstanding payments are cleared within the specified timelines.
Adhere strictly to the complete sales process, including required protocols and

documentation.
Guide and mentor junior team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales

skills.
Conduct strong negotiations while clearly communicating company terms and conditions

to customers
