Job Description: Oracle HCM Cloud OTL Consultant

Locations: Kolkata, Delhi, Hyderabad & Chennai

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with solid expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) configuration, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and SQL/PLSQL. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution configuration, technical development, integrations, documentation, and client coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor (OTL) components.
Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and document business processes.
Prepare functional and technical configuration documents.
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reports.
Support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and upstream/downstream systems.
Use SQL and PL/SQL for technical development, data validation, and troubleshooting.




Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and manage project expectations.
Support deployment activities, migration, testing, and production support.
Identify project risks and issues proactively and recommend appropriate solutions.
Follow Oracle HCM Cloud best practices and implementation standards.

Required Skills
Robust experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience with HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reports.
Experience conducting requirement workshops and documenting business processes.
Robust client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Oracle HCM workflow components.
Migration and deployment activities.
Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud best practices.
Experience in risk identification, issue management, and client coordination
