Role & responsibilities
Responsible for overall companys direct tax compliances, tax planning and accounting.
Provide creative tax planning.
Drive company income tax returns.
Ensure complete, accurate and timely compliance with all direct taxes (corporate income tax and Business Tax).
Ensure all direct tax audits for the company are completed as per the time frame.
Ensures tax provision and tax compliance process.
Ensure appropriate advisory and timely litigation for direct tax.
Plan and manage periodic closing for Tax Accounting.
Ensure timely updates on the current direct tax changes in tax laws, budget announcements and recent transactions.
Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.

Develop tax team members to improve their technical and functional proficiency.

Preferred candidate profile
