Drives Solution and Project Sales for MRO-TEKs network solutions across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
Oversees Network Solutions, Managed Network Services Platform, and System Integration - analysing business requirements and developing technical network solutions and frameworks
Leads the Solutions Team in tender scans and competitive participation in RFPs/RFIs, providing compliant, cost-effective solutions with timely bid submissions
Develops test plans, implementation plans, and project timelines; manages technology vendors, standards documentation, reference architecture designs, and integration deployment guides
Builds and manages project teams to ensure smooth execution and operations, and follows up on billings and collections for project services
Conducts tender scans and scouts for recent System Integration business opportunities in both government and private sectors
Conducts proof of concept testing and TCO analysis,



and advises the organization on the latest trends and new business cases

Requirements
Positive knowledge of IT infrastructure design, development, and implementation
Proven record of generating business through projects
Deep understanding of executing and managing SI projects, with knowledge of project management principles, network design, development, testing, and deployment
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with management
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
