Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Lead and manage a team of fabricators, and welders
Provide training, support, and development prospects for team members.
Ensure a protected working setting by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and regulations.
Coordinate with customer departments to align production activities with delivery timelines
Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely availability of resources.
Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions
Ensure all operations comply with industry safty standards, regulations, and certifications.
Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, safety Incidents, and other key metrics.
