Role & responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage a complete monthly financial close and prepare financial statements.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal accounting controls.
Experience in manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, and cost of goods sold.
Experience with SAP / SAP Business One.
Experience with standard costing and manufacturing variance analysis.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial analysis.
Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a hands-on, team-oriented, and evolving business setting.

Preferred
CPA certification.
Food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods experience.
Experience with international subsidiaries and multi-entity accounting.
French language proficiency is a plus, supporting collaboration with our France-based colleagues.
