Platform Engineering: Experience in creating, building, and maintaining DevOps platforms and infrastructure, preferably in an on-premises environment.
Developer Collaboration: Robust experience working closely with development teams and creating automated workflows, tools, and processes to streamline developer productivity.
Containerization & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Scripting & Automation: Any Scripting language (Go, Python, Ruby, Bash scripting or other) experience will work (Python is preferred) for automation and workflow development.
Architecture & Infrastructure: Solid architecture experience with the ability to design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable DevOps solutions.
Linux System Administration: Solid hands-on expertise in Linux administration, configuration, troubleshooting,



and system management.

Good to Have: Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
