Role & Responsibilities
Prepare electrical designs, layouts, load calculations and SLDs for MEP projects.
Design lighting, power distribution, cable sizing, transformer, DG and electrical panels.
Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off and technical specifications.
Prepare and review electrical drawings using AutoCAD/Revit MEP.
Coordinate with HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Architecture and Structural teams.
Ensure designs comply with applicable NBC, IS and relevant electrical standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants and project teams for timely project deliverables.
Preferred Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
38 years of relevant experience in Electrical MEP Design / MEP Consultancy.
Solid knowledge of Electrical Building Services and MEP Design.
Valuable working knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit MEP knowledge will be an added advantage.
Experience in Load Calculation, SLD, Cable Sizing, BOQ and Electrical Design.
Valuable coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with experience in Residential, Commercial and High-Rise Building Projects will be preferred.
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period will be preferred.Role & responsibilities
