Key Responsibilities Manager, Digital Growth
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube and Programmatic platforms.
Drive campaign optimisation, audience targeting, retargeting and full-funnel marketing strategies.
Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Performance Marketing & Growth
Drive qualified lead generation, site visits and bookings through effective campaign strategies.
Manage advertising budgets and optimise ROI across projects.
Analyse campaign performance, conduct A/B testing and improve conversion rates.
Monitor key metrics such as CPL, cost per site visit, CTR, CVR and revenue.
AI & Marketing Automation
Implement and manage AI voice bots, WhatsApp chatbots and automated customer journeys.
Leverage AI tools to improve lead qualification, follow-ups and marketing efficiency.
Automate lead management, reporting and repetitive marketing activities.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and communication regulations.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Manage digital tracking and analytics using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Conversions API.




Integrate marketing campaigns with Salesforce CRM and track lead-to-booking conversions.
Develop performance dashboards and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
Analyse attribution, campaign effectiveness and customer journey performance.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
Manage performance marketing agencies, technology partners and external vendors.
Monitor agency performance, campaign quality and delivery.
Collaborate with Brand, Pre-sales, CRM and Creative teams to align marketing initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement through campaign insights and performance reviews.
Brand & Business Growth
Balance brand awareness with performance-driven marketing outcomes.
Collaborate with the Brand and Creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Identify current digital channels and prospects to drive business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in real estate or another high-value, high-consideration category with a long

decision cycle.

Familiarity with marketing mix modelling or incrementality testing and Programmatic

buying
