Job Role

We are looking for a Booking Cum Customer Relation Executive to assist passengers arriving at the airport with taxi bookings through the Quick Ride booking application.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and interact with passengers at the airport.
Understand passengers' transportation requirements.
Assist passengers with taxi bookings using the Quick Ride Booking App.
Explain booking details and guide passengers regarding their taxi.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth pickup.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
Maintain valuable customer relations and deliver a positive passenger experience.
Follow company procedures and airport guidelines.

Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
