Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive HR qualified who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations and build HR processes as the organisation grows.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and exit formalities.
Manage attendance, leave, employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll, incentives, salary revisions and full & final settlements.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT and labour laws).
Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement and grievances.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes and HR MIS reports.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in HR with 25 years of relevant experience.
Valuable knowledge of HR operations, payroll and statutory compliance.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Expectation: Must be capable of independently handling the complete HR function with minimal supervision.
