Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead hardware product development from concept to mass production.
Manage product design, prototyping, testing, and validation.
Coordinate with R&D;, embedded software, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams.
Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer requirements.
Manage BOM, component selection, cost optimization, and product quality.
Drive technical problem-solving and continuous product improvement.
Ensure timely product delivery and successful manufacturing integration.
Required Skills:
510 years of experience in hardware product development.
Automotive industry experience is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of hardware design, validation, and manufacturing.
Experience in product lifecycle and project management.
Excellent analytical and cross-functional coordination skills.
