Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP SD solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Sales Order Processing
Pricing
Billing
Shipping and Transportation
Credit Management
Returns Management
Output Management
Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, WM/EWM, PP, and TM modules.
Drive workshops, fit-gap analysis, and business process mapping sessions.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and enhancements.
Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, Integration, and business teams.
Manage defect resolution, testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT), and production support.
Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership to project teams.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and governance standards.
