Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Interior Trim Design Engineer with robust hands-on expertise in CATIA V5 and automotive plastic component design.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop automotive interior trim components such as instrument panels, door trims, pillar trims, consoles, and interior plastic parts.
Perform 3D modelling, surface design, assembly design, and 2D drafting using CATIA V5.
Develop plastic components considering tooling feasibility, draft angles, wall thickness, ribs, bosses, and mounting features.
Apply GD&T;, tolerance stack-up analysis, and DFMEA principles.
Ensure designs meet automotive OEM standards, quality requirements, and manufacturing feasibility.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for design reviews and issue resolution.

Required Skills:
Solid proficiency in CATIA V5
