Manappuram Home Finance is hiring agile Sales Officers and Sales Managers for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
Candidates will be responsible for generating business through DSA/DST channels, developing new customer relationships, sourcing quality loan files, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate Home Loan and LAP business through DSA/DST channels.
Build and maintain relationships with DSA partners.
Source current customers and generate business leads.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Manage the complete loan sourcing process.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience in Home Loan / LAP sales preferred.
Knowledge of DSA/DST channel sales.
Solid market network and customer acquisition skills.
Relevant BFSI sales experience preferred.
CTC: Up to 6 LPA (As per experience & Current CTC).
