Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET, C#, React, and Python.
Build backend services and REST APIs using ASP.NET Core and Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Develop responsive frontend applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Design, build, and deploy custom AI tools and intelligent applications based on business requirements.
Develop AI-powered solutions using LLMs, machine learning models, and relevant AI frameworks.
Build, customize, fine-tune, and deploy AI models wherever required, rather than relying solely on third-party API integrations.
Develop AI agents, automation tools, and intelligent workflows to solve real-world business problems.
Work with Python-based AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
Implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search for AI-powered applications.
Integrate AI capabilities with .NET and React applications while ensuring security, scalability, and performance.




Design and optimize databases, APIs, and backend services using SQL Server and other relevant technologies.
Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready AI-enabled applications.
Use Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure for deployment and maintenance.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience building AI tools or products from the ground up, including custom AI workflows and model-based solutions.
Experience training or fine-tuning LLMs, Small Language Models (SLMs), or domain-specific models.
Knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Azure AI services, and Azure Machine Learning.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and production-grade AI deployments.
Robust problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
