Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the IT & AI Analytics team, providing technical direction, mentoring and guidance.
Design, develop and deploy scalable, secure web applications and dashboards for pharmaceutical clients.
Drive full-stack development using technologies such as React, TypeScript, Python and Node.js.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing and solution delivery.
Oversee cloud deployment, application security, CI/CD pipelines and production support.
Collaborate with international teams, consultants and clients to understand business requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
Establish best practices for software development, quality assurance, data protection and technical documentation.
Oversee internal IT operations and support continuous improvement of the organisation's technology infrastructure.
